Trading Standards Institute – The Institute is a professional membership association representing trading standards professionals working in the UK and overseas, in the business and consumer sectors, in local authorities and in central government.
The Institute provides information about Safe Internet Shopping, Approved Traders, Shopping Across European Borders and Recalled Products. It also gives guidance to business on Trading Standards law and a search facility to find the nearest Trading Standards office.
Action Fraud – Action Fraud is the UK’s national fraud and internet crime reporting centre.
European Consumer Centre UK ECC – The Centre may be able to help if the complaint is about goods and services bought in another European country.
